Sashka,
I bought the app today and I too have a problem with searching; I have changed the app settings "My eBay site" to 'united kingdom' but i still get ebay.com? I also cannot change "my snipe target" because it only shows united states?
As a result all the ebay info is in $ rather than £

I'm sorry, there is a bug in version 0.18.1 which prevents "eBay Country" settings to take its action.
The fix was submitted to Apple already. It usually takes 3-5 days for Apple to approve it.
You will get it as a free update through App Store as usual.
